Thanks to those *****sponded to my question. I went back over my diet sheet and found the juices are to be cut 1/2 and 1/2 with water. I will just lay off the yogurt until i can find sugar-free. You all are just great!

Grace and peace be with you all.

You are welocme! I use activia yogurt. It is not sugar free, but is a bit better than many of the other choices.
I'll give you a hint on yogurt selection... If it is fat free it will contain more sugar and carbs. So choose a low fat instead of fat free when you do decide to start incorperating it.

Another hint on yogurts.  Any with flavorings and fruit will have more carbohydrates.  Try unflavored and add your own fresh/canned (in light syrup) or frozen fruit.  Sugarfree jelly/jam work for adding flavors with few carbohydrates.  Crystal light powder and sugar free pudding powders give different choices.  Try sugarfree cheesecake pudding powder in plain yogurt, you may need to add a bit more sugar substitute, depending on your preferences.

I have been diabetic for a few years and fruit juices have ben off my list due to the diabetes.  I enjoy fresh fruits, they take longer to eat and do not spike my blood sugar up as quickly.  Fresh fruit is not on the allowed list for a few months after surgery, follow your surgeon's advice on advancing your diet.

Welcome to the start of a healthy new relationship with food.  Hugs
