Hi Natalie! Welcome to our group. Don't worry too much. For most all of us the stalls will come and they will go. I had a stall at 11 days out lasting almost 2 weeks.. I was beside myself.. never knew to expect this. I stalled once a month from then on.

Best things you can do is make sure you are getting in plenty of liquids, protein and getting in some exercise.  If any of these things are not being done enough, it can contribute to a stall. Try upping your water and protein a touch, and shaking up your activity a bit (trying different things) But be gentle on yourself as you are still healing.

Hang in there.. this too shall pass!
Hugs!

Welcome to the family Natalie. Be kind to yourself during this healing time. Any uestions or issues that arise, come ask away. Sharing and supporting others helps me deal with the day to day things in my life too.

Thanks ladies.
I have been good at getting at least 60-80 grams of protein daily. i try to get as much water in as i can & i've barely had time to excercise since iw ork and go to school full time. but i will force myself to dedicate at least 30 mins to walking everyday
