Problems with eating enough food

I know this sounds like a strange thing for all of us who had a problem with OVEREATING to complain about, but, I have been having a problem with eating enough food.  I've lost too much weight and continue to lose.  I have a lot of trouble trying to get all my protein drinks, meals, and prescription medications in.  I'm losing too much weight and my doctor said to eat another meal.  I don't have enough time in the day to get it down, especially since I have to start at 5 a.m. with taking prescription medications, my protein drink and then waiting an hour to eat breakfast.  Then at 10 a.m. I try to get a snack in of protein or yogart; this doens't always happen when I'm too busy with clients at work.  Lunch is around noon and I have to get my lunch and prescription meds in, then at 2 I try to drink my 2nd protein drink but it usually doesn't happen until 3, and it takes me about 45 mins to an hour to get it down.  If I drink it late I'm not hungry when I get home and try to eat dinner.  IEven if I don't have my protein drink late and I try to eat around 6 p.m. I have trouble with getting nausious and have vomiting at times.  In between all of that, I have to get all the water down.  It's hard - if you have any suggestions I'd appreciate them.

Thank you,
Marybeth

Hey lady! I have given you the suggestions i can think of for the mostpart. I hope others here will have some ideas I may not. You may consider increasing your carbs just a bit at meals. You have just lost so doggone quickly... i am floored! Usually it is closer to a year before someone has to worry about stopping the loss, if ever.

I will touch base with a few people and see if I can come up with any other ideas for you.

Hugs! Thanks for checking in!

I would love to donate some of my excess pounds to your cause. I could be the best adipose donater. lol

I wish I had a great answer to your need. Do your best, add extra supplement to your shakes to increase the calories if you can.

Well I did increase he carbs and have gained  back about 1- 11/2 pounds in the past 2 days. but this is normal for me to fluctuate up around that amount and then have another weight loss.  We'll see if it stays.

I ate very slowly last night and was able to get more food in without the vomiting or pain.

Thaks for you input.
HUGS!
