Good Morning!
I signed up for my first 5k yesterday!

It's in mid September and I can't wait.. my goal is not finish at the head of the pack, but only to finish.. This will be the first time I have ever participated in something like this and I am very excited!

I will let you know how I did.

Thanks for all the support and encouragement though out this journey.
Down 4 lbs this week!  Yea!!!

Good for you Ledaizey. I walk them routinely, with the critters, hadn't thought of signng up for one. I will if it is a walk/run. Like you, just with the idea of finishing. Hugs

Where is it?  I'd love to do it too!  I'm actually coordinating a 5k myself.  We'll be doing it as a fund raiser.  It's tentatively planned for 10/30 at Oak Openings MetroPark - should I send you the info once details are firmed up?

Saw Dr. Lalor today for my 6-month check.  Will post separate...
