Good Morning All!
Thought I would drop a line or two to let you all know what's been going on lately.
Weight has been the same for about 2 weeks.. but dont worry.. I'm not stressing out over it..yet! LOL

However, I have been very stressed which I know is part of the issue and I have been unable to workout like I usually do, so it's a two fold fix and I know what to do.. So all will be well.

Life has been crazy. My mother moved into my house last weekend (she is getting a divorce from husband #2).. Crazyness at home and at work for the past couple of weeks.

Can't wait to get back into my normal routine and have my house settled.

Anyway.. that's it for me.. chat ya'll later.

Thank you for the update Ledaizey.  I wish you all the best as you iron out your issues.  The exercise will help smooth over both issues, just do it my friend.

I have been making time for dog walks first thing in the morning, even when just getting off work from night shift.  Good to have the exercise task done and out of the way, not on my mind for the rest of the day.  Getting in another walk later is always a bonus.  Weight lifting twice a week to get my loss restarted.  Let's do this together as a group.  I am sure there are others needing the encouragement too.

You know, lifting and iron (to smooth the life issues) is a form of exercise. lol.  Hugs coming your way.

Stress can definately be a challenge! But ya know, when we can push through these harder times, we can make it through anything! Just ask me... boy do I know this personally.

Good for you on not stressing on the plateau, and knowing what you need to do... and i KNOW you will do it. Maybe beginning the exercise again can be a time for YOU and you will look forward to it and really enjoy it alot.

Hugs to you. Hope all settles soon for you my friend
