Just wondering how long the 100 pound mark should take.  I know everyone is different and all situations are different.

Thanks

It took me 3 1/2 months to lose 100lbs, but that was because I had a bowel obstruction and had a 2nd surgery. So I had several extra weeks of drinking "clear liquids only". Each person is different but remember to stay on program with your eating and to exercise, it will make a difference.

Best of luck to you,

Susan

Each person is different. Different starting weights, background medical issues, exercise tolerance and compliance. Best advice is to follow the plan set out my your MD, work the program and enjoy the adventure. Hugs

Alot of it can depend on how much each person has to lose as well. It took me about a year to  lose 100 lbs. But here I am now at a normal BMI and doing great!
