The scale is a movin!

Well y'all, I am super excited because the scale is starting to move again and this time in the right direction. I am now at 337. I havent seen that number in for ever. I just need 8 more pounds and I can run myself to my surgeon and hop on her scale. I cant believe it. I feel so good about myself right now. Later, gonna take a trip to Macy's and get my Mac because I'm out and then I will be on cloud 9.

8 lbs is like a week of liquid diet. I can do this!!!! Oh yeah and my b-day is 7-24 and all I want is some pouds missin. 2 would be great but I dont want to pu**** I think by next friday I should have this off. Pray for me y'all! Hugs and more. Thank you all for being such great friends and supporters and of course the shoulders.
