help!!!
OK for the past month I have had the regular nausea but for the past 3 days it has been awful I can't eat because every thing taste sweet and makes me want to gag stomach aches. In little over 72 hours I have Eaton 4 saltine crackers two slices of cucumber four raviolis 8 ounces of milk 2 percent a small half of a pear from can rinsed I tried a little bit of pasta last night about three teaspoons that didn't work so well. I am two months out and also been sweating alot even in air conditioning but what is bothering me more is the stomach ache any idea ????
One thing I want to suggest is to try to avoid the pasta at this point. It can be hard to digest early out. Also if you do eat any pasta, breads, rice, be sure it is not the "white varieties. Go for whole grain goodness always. But know that it isn't good to eat too may of these carbs especially this early out. (ravioli, pasta, crackers, breads). I don't see many protein sources listed either. Protein is essential to proper healing and health.
Talk to your doc about your nausea. I can't recall for sure, but think you had rny? Maybe you have a stricture beginning? Maybe it is the foods you are choosing. Maybe your pouch is a grouch.. but consult your surgeon to make sure nothing physically is going on that needs to be taken care of.
The sweating, nausea and tummy discomfort could be a mild form of dumping. Be sure you are not getting in too much sugar. Even if you are not using sugar itsself, many of the processed foods are packed with it, and could be causing some of this too. Without really talking more in depth with you on your foods, I don't know this is the case.. but something for you to keep in mind.
I hope you feel better very soon. Please keep me posted.

Lost 114 lbs. working on getting rid of a recent 10 lb regain...and WILL succeed!
Hello June, hope all gets better soon. I had my surgery almost 3 months ago and my Dr stresses no Crackers carbs (as Patrece noted below) I have tried few pasta's and my stomach also got very grouchy said no, a bite yes but not few, it's hard but try to put something in place of these foods like fresh fruit and popsicles and tuna with light may and pickle relish (very good) good protein, OH another favorite is putting yogart (the ones with less sugar) with fresh fruit. Grapes don't go good made me sick ( This is on my list of foods not to eat but of course had to try it) Listen to your body and look up receipes on this site very good ideas. I forgot to add I too sweat when my body dosn't accept bad foods its a way to say no I guess! sucks but amagine if it said yes we would be in the same boat with our wt gain. Hang in gal! we can do it .
