I have this friend who has lost alot of weight on her own and she constantly tells me that since I had two kids I will never lose my hips.  Do you beleive that is true.  So far the only thing that looks smaller is my legs, breast, and neck.  Ive seen alot of before and after shots where women did lose there hips.  Do you think its hopeless for me.

I absolutely DO NOT believe it is hopesless for you to lose your hips.. while they may never be tiny, they will go down dramatically. I have always been "VERY HIPPY" when I was obese. I still have some hips, but nothing like it was.. look at my photo album.

Different people have different body builds, so no two will ever have the same results.. but trust me, those hips will go down.

Your body will assume the curves that you were meant to have. Don't let anyone play with your brain. We can can do the weight loss. Take this one day at a time. Hang in there. Hugs
