Good things even after going back to work
I wanted to pop in and say hello. After being back to work I have found that staying on track without snacking can be a bit difficult, especially since I start work at 4:00 AM. I have had to change some of my meal times which make me actually get hungry. I am still having problems with eating too fast. I think it may be because I wait too long. It is hard to get things in balance. But I am still loosing weight so that is great. I have lost 69 pounds so far and only have 70 some to go. I am so happy with where I am at right now if I stopped loosing I would be happy to stay here. BUT I am not done and will be thrilled to loose another 30 pounds. Good Luck everyone have a good weekend.
Congratulations Lucy. Are you posting new pics soon. Love to see the changes. Let's keep losing together. I am happy to say that I have a great bunch of loser friends, lol. Hugs

Congratulations on your weight loss! I dread going back to work and dealing with all the eating issues. I teach a cooking class so it will be hard. I'm hoping that I can plan well enough to have snacks/small meals with me so I won't be tempted. I'm still scared to death of dumping, and especially at school with a bunch of high schoolers! LOL What kind of work do you do? Again congratulations with your successes!
I work in an office. We have a full cafeteria here and that makes it very hard. I have only had two bouts of dumping and they were minor. It was due to eating too fast so I dont know if it was actually dumping. Both times happened after eating chicken so I am unable to eat that at all any more. I actually have not been eating any meat. I miss my burgers!!!!
Great job with the weight reduction! keep up the good work! Try to plan your meals and snacks, and take what you need with you. be sure to have easy to grab and eat things available, that are wls friendly of course. Yet another period of transition, but you can doit!
