Another greek yogurt recipe - for the sweet tooth
I have been making a yogurt pie for Dennis for some time and decided to see if I could make it wls friendly. First of all, I eliminated the crust. Cuts out many calories and fat too.
I had the 16 ounce size of greek yogurt handy in the fridge. Tried vanilla flavored this time, but I anticipate a lot of flavor options out there. I am in a key lime mood lately. Start with 1 small package of sugar free lime jello. Put the powder in your mixer bowl, add 1/4 cup of boiling water, stir until disolved. Add in 16 ounces of greek yogurt, stir well. Next add in a 8 oz container of coolwhip free. Stir in well and divide into 6 portions. Refrigerate and enjoy.
Per serving: 112 calorie, 15 grams carb and 4.3 grams of protein.
