OMG!! NO WEIGHT LOSS!!! LOSING MY MIND!!
HI THERE EVERYONE I HAVENT LOST ANY WEIGHT SINCE MAY AND IM TOTALLY DISCOURAGED!! SAD AND FEEL IM ABOUT TO LOSE MY MIND IF I DONT SEE THAT SCALE MOVE DOWN!!! AGAIN!!! IVE LOST 103LBS GAINED 3LBS NOW IM STRUGGLING TO LOSE EVEN THOSE 3LBS!!! I WORK OUT JOG IN THE AM AND GYM IN THE EVENING AND I STOPPED THE GYM I CANT PAY IT ANYMORE ESPECIALLY SINCE I DONT HAVE THE ENERGY TO KEEP ON DOING THIS, I FEEL SOO DISGUSTED WITH MYSELF. I HOPE THIS ISNT THE END OF MY LOSING WEIGHT SINCE I HAVE LIKE 40 TO 50LBS TO GO. I HAVE HEARD ALOT ABOUT CARBS MAYBE THAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM i DONT UNDERSTAND IT AT ALL!! ABOUT GOOD CARBS AND BAD ONES UGGGHHHH!! CAN ANYONE HELP OR GIVE ME ANY TYPE OF INFO THAT CAN HELP ME TO START LOSING AGAIN????? I DID GO BACK AND DID THE 5 DAY POUCH TEST BUT I DONT THINK IM EATING THAT MUCH. IM STRESSING NOW AND EATING MORE OUT OF ANXIETY AND I HATE IT CUZ IM NOT EVEN HUNGRY !! IM DESPERATE AND NEED HELP I KNOW ITS BAD FOR ME TO STOP TRYING MAYBE I JUST NEED TO GO AT THIS A DIFFRENT WAY AND THATS WHY IM HERE ASKING FOR THE ADVICE. PLEASE HELP
Hi Veronica. Take a deep breath and calm down just a bit. There doe**** a point in most of our journey's that this happens. Some of u**** it sooner than others. I hit this point you are at when I was 8 months out. But here I am today with only 3 lbs to go until goal.. and yes it is toying with me.
What needs to happen now is you need to get back to the basics. You need to examine if you are following the wls rules or not.. We tend to gradually stray as time goes on, and that is where the real battle cmes in. We have to get back to the basics.
Are you drinking "clean" fluids and as much as you should? (not soda or coffe or sugary drinks)
Are you getting in your protein? (60 to 100 gr daily)
Are you making sure your meal and portion sizes are where they should be? (3/4 cup per meal from 9 to 12 months...1 cup per meal 12 months and after)
Are you being watchful of the carbs?

Lost 114 lbs. working on getting rid of a recent 10 lb regain...and WILL succeed!
I completely understand.. I just went through over a month of nothing!
This morning my scale finally went down 2 lbs! Yeah!!
I had gain 2 lbs (I think it was water weight) then that went bye bye which put me back to my "original" weight. So I increased my excersice, add some more calories.. and finally the scale is down an additional 2 lbs. It might only be 2 but it seem like heaven to me.
