Omlette Anyone?????

Well putting day 2 of my 10 day diet in the books....I do have one question tho.

I was wanting to make an omlette tonight for supper but was unsure how much (how many eggs) where considered a serving?  Does anyone have a good website for recipes and such?

Thank you in advance for you suggestions.

As far as I recall from my dieting days, a "serving" of eggs is considered as 2 eggs. That changes post-op as a "serving" is what you can swallow... usually less than 1 egg!

I am not sure of your likes or dislikes, but I really enjoy an omlette made with:
Chopped fresh spinch from the produce dept
3 or 4 medium sliced mushrooms
sprinkled with some reduced fat shredded cheese.

This is packed with protein, as the egg and cheese have protein and even the mushrooms and spinach have a small protein content. Season to taste. Yummy! You can even add a tad of onion and pepper to it if you like.
