Hello All,

Boy do I find myself with more energy now a days, and always happy!!! :-)

Yesterday was my follow up with the nurse practitioner, He told me I look GREAT, and my labs came back good, 1 little area of concern (vitamin D) not drinking enough milk, so I am trying to add a glass of milk a day and I take a chewable Vitamin D daily now. No biggy, he said it wasn't bad low just not near where they like to see it. But everything is going well, he says the rate I am going I would have no problem loosing another 25 pounds (which will reach my goal of 100 pounds lost, putting me at 150lbs) he said I can lose more. He also mentioned something about talking to a plastic surgeon. He said most like to wait 2 years after by pass to doing anything, but I can talk to them about folds and flaps I want to get taken care of. Funny thing is before surgery I said NO i want to take care of myself on my own, now I say I have to much hanging and have thought about plastics. We will see, that is still a year or 2 out.

I hope everyone is doing well, I'm gonna cut this short, got a few things to do around the house, then I'm gonna go try to fins a cool place outside and enjoy the sun

Take car all
~ Miss

Wowww.. sounds like you are doing just awesome! Good for you! Congrats. Keep up the excellent work.  I had lots of energy after wls for a while, then gradually it went away.. but thinking the culprit is my female organs, which will be going away on july 28th! (except for the right ovary)

You are losing fast! and it looks like you will indeed reach your goals soon! ENJOY! you deserve it!
