having a bad day
i know everyone has bad days and recognizing them is half the battle, and yay me i didnt overeat or go over my calorie intake. but i just feel blah today. issues with my meds, the neighbor, hubbys on break from school and im ready for him to go back, and i havent had the oomph to work on my book. i put on a lb. i know i need to knock it off and i tried but i just cant. both the mood and the scale. just needed to vent. i am supposed to call a friend today but i dont want to :(
Sara, when you catch yourself in one of these moods, try do do something different. Even taking 10 deep breaths will make all the difference. The toughest part on the battle is getting our minds in sync with what we want to accomplish.
I went to support group tonight. There was a personal trainer there, we did some chair exercises, and even worked up a sweat while seated. I think I will be a little stiff from using different muscles. He challenged us to take a blank peice of paper and write out a list of 20 personal success (goals). I will do this, maybe during my break at work tonight. Off to dress, brush my teeth and head off to work.
Tomorrow will be a new day, work on your list. Hugs

Sounds like a neat support meeting! You'll have to fill me in on the exercises. I have 2 ladies in my group who need exercises they can do while seated..

I know all about the "Scale blues" been going through them for awhile now. That's why, I don't weight myself as much. Instead of 1x week, I only weight myself every 2 weeks.
