Wow! When something doesn't agree with my pouch I really feel it!
I had a post workout snack of pb on 1/2 an english muffin. (which I had before with no issues)

then about 10-20 minutes later.. OMG! Felt like I was gonna die. It lasted for about 2 hrs!
I never wanted to puke so bad in my life but couldn't!

Thank goodness that's over!

and by the way... My scale moved this morning! LOL! my 2 extra lbs are gone!

Thanks for the love and encouragement everyone, I'm sure I'll need more later!

ohhh... yes.. that is the most misrable feeling there is... Maybe the english muffin is too heavy for your pouch. I didn't touch bread products until I was about a year out. Even now, I rarely have them, but some do not agree, which is good by me, as bread was one of my pre-op weaknesses.

Glad you are feeling better and CONGRATS on the scale moving down again for you! I knew it would! Keep up the great work lady!

I had that reaction whenI put peanut butter in my choc. protein shake- on 2 separate occasions! Needless to say, I have not tried that since. However, I can eat pb on a cracker with no problem.

I'm thrilled right now beause yesterday I was able to eat deli sliced turkey without getting sick or hurting. Yesterday and today I have felt HUNGRY, not just head hunger but all out hunger. I don't know if it's because of TMM or my body is craving more real food and less protein shakes. But i better be careful!

Congrats on the scale moving again. If we hang in there and just keep on going, it does start to go down again.

These new pouches do dictate some parts of our lives.  Reminds me on living with a newborn, learning the ins and outs of demands.  Our pouches go along smoothly and then BAMMMMMM, something does not settle right and you know the distress immediately.  Glad to hear thet you are losing.  Listen to your pouch on it's likes and dislikes.  Hugs
