OK so I've pretty much figured that if i eat a dairy based product I dump so I was thinking that maybe I could try the digestive aid for lactose intolerance. Has anyone tried them? I LOVE dairy products and would be bummed if I could never eat them again without dumping. Any suggestions. Thanks

There are many who experience this post-op. Try lactaid milk or one of the lactose meds and see if it helps. It does for most. Wishing you the best of luck in this working for you!

I seemed to be intolerant of dairy after the 5 weeks of SF carnation instant breakfast diet that surrounded my surgery. I used lactaid for a while, dairy does not seem to cause any troubles anymore.

Consider lactaid or a similar product for lactose intolerance. soy milk may settle better in you pouch for a bit. Happy losing, hugs
