big accomplishment!!

i'm preop... but i am having carnation instant breakfast or cereal and fruit for breakfast. then a single serve pasta bowl for lunch, with yogurt. and then dinner i eat big. here's where i get my c alories: 2/3 c corn or grean beans or broccoli 1/2 piece of meat 3/4 c of rice or noodles and sometimes a fruit. ive always ate big at dinner and i would go for 2nds or 3rds if i wasn****ching my new lifesystle. hope this helps. sometimes string cheese for a bedtime snack. we're btwn grocery trips so this is what i have been eating everyday.
