Have been feeling very drained...sorry I am not here quite as much as usual.

Just want you all to know, that I am just feeling really drained and fatigued lately, also having quite a bit of pain at times so thats why I am not on as much as usual. I am hoping once I have my hysterectomy, things will improve.
So please don't anyone be offended  if I am not around as much. Just needing to rest more, and still have so many other things going on too. Know I care very much about you ALL!

Do you have your hysterectomy scheduled?  Hope you can get the rest you need right now!

Yes...it is July 28th. Go in July 26th for pre-op labs and registration paperwork..
Looking forward to pain reduction, and no more cycling, but dread another recovery and the down time that creates... I have a new grandbaby due to arrive into this world in 3.5 weeks, but am certain he won't wait that long. (read my reply to Kathy below). It is gonna be a bummer to be recovering in his early weeks.. BUT if i feel better, it is all going to be so worth while!

Take the time you need. We all have to follow our bodies signals from time to time. You will feel so much better after the surgery. In the meantime, get ready for Braxten, he will be entering the world one of these days.

I had fun at the Land of the Loon event last weekend. Dennis and I carried out folding chairs to main street for the parade, then back to the house, about a half mile each way. next we were off to the park for booths of stuff to shop through and avoiding most of the fair foods. Not much caught my eye but the fried cheese curds, we shared a serving. And came home with a bag of kettle corn. Managed to get 3500 steps on during the fair. Not too bad for a couple of hours of snooping. Wow, the crowd to maneuver through.

Take care and rest up my friend. Hugs

Took a longgg nap today and felt better for a few hours, then wanted another nap, but couldn't take one. Had to go check out a problem at a rental.
Candice is moving right along, and doubt she'll be more than a few days off now..I could be wrong but... she is dilated fully 3 cm, 75% effaced and lost her plug yesterday. AND I do believe she was nesting a bit last night..lol.

I am so glad you and Dennis got to enjoy the land of the Loons celebration. I am also sorry we couldn't be there for it, but I am looking at september to pop in your way if I can. You got in a good amount of steps at the fair. Keep up the awesome work my friend!!!
hugs.. off to rest soon.

Oh Patrece... no one can understand fatigue better than I can. Fatigue is one of the biggest symptoms of MS and I've had MS for 35 years!! There is no way around fatigue. You must rest! Don't worry about us, we are big girls (and boys), we can take care of ourselves.
HUGS and get well soon!
