What is the latest that you eat?

My general rule is nothing past 7pm.. but with needing to add in 2 "snacks", that's going to put me past 7pm.

Is that bad for me?  I was always told you never wanted to go to bed with anything in your "stomach", but does that no longer apply?

You may be having a light snack later than 7 pm. Just keep the snack light and high in protein. Your dietician will help you adjust the timeing of meals/snacks if needed. We can not hold the volume of food that we could before surgery and still need to get in out protein. Best of luck, you will be a member of the century lost club soon. I see your ticker slip sliding to the tight. Congrats Ledaizey. Hugs

I personally make it a point to not eat within 1 1/2 hrs of bedtime. I usually keep it to something like cottage cheese or a few grapes or a string cheese.

If I have not gotten in my 2nd protein shake I try to have that between 7 & 7:30.

I tend to eat late by 8:30 some nights, so I tend to stay up late in order not to feel sick.  On other days more like 7. I'm just can't eat any earlier, i'm not hungry and I end up hungry. It works for me as when I wake up my blood sugars are ok and not low.
