What protein drinks are you drinking that you would recommend.  What are you thoughts around all the negative press that muscle milk is getting now.  I know some protein drinks are "good" and others are "bad protein".  What is the difference?

I'm Pre-op so it may not help but I've been trying different drinks to see what I like and so far I really like the eas advant edge carb control protein shake. Ive only had the chocolate cause that is my fav. I added some ice and a banana and it was a great smoothie as well.

I used to use Body Fortress from Walmart. I know a lot of people on this site use it as well.
It's economical for the amount of servings you get and is available in
chocolate, vanilla, cookies and cream and fruit punch.

I only used the vanilla so that way you can mix it with just about anything.

I like unjury brand as it is a high quality medical formula. The biggy when choosing your protein is to be sure there is no added sugars. Keep it low low carb and it should not exceed 80 to 120 calories per serving. Also you want to be sure it is an 'isolate' as that way it is formulated to be best absorbed by our bodies.
Unless you are working ut like a body builder you do not need the flashy brands with tons of protein. our bodies can only absorb about 21 grams of protein per serving.

I use Unjury, Chike and About Time.  I need variety in my life.

I use body fortress for my shakes. Sometimes a girl just has to have a chocolate fix and the chocolate protein powder fits the bill. Adding sugar free flavorings or frozen fruit and blending add to the variety. I have samples form several places and still trying things for new and different tastes. Everyone will find something that they can tolerate if not even love the flavor of.
