since I have been on here and also since I have seen the first number on the scale start with a ONE!!!!!!  Yippeeee!!  And I will never go back to the two hundreds!  But anyways I have been super busy with my new job as a travel agent, had a month of training in NJ.... it messed up my eating schedule and good habits with eating out for 3 weeks, I was so sick of eating.

So now I am trying to get back on track, I need to start tracking my food again.....my new favorite is salads, I am so glad I can tolerate them... chicken not so much :(

Since I am able to eat more foods and larger quantities I am  afraid of over eating and stretching my pouch out and ruining my surgery....  I am having alot of hair loss too, so I need to up my protein, any other advice for the hair loss?  I  love going to the gym, I have so much energy, it is great!!  Hopefully now that things have slowed down I will be on here more often, I miss talking to everyone!

Hi Liz! great to hear from you. As far as hair thinning and loss, try Biotin,. You can get it in any pharmacy area. It is b vitamins and can help tremendously with this. Also the protein increase is important.  You are about 6 months out, so should be keeping your meal size to about 1/2 cup per meal. Easy on the carbs and high on protein. remember 2 bites protein to one bite of a side dish. never eat until you are stuffed. Stop when satisfied.

Congrats on getting to onederland! Such a wonderful feeling. so glad you have energy and are enjoying the gym. My energy has been low, but having female stuff going on. maybe when that is resolved, it will come backl.
Hope to hear from you often. best of luck on your journey!

Liz, great to hear from you again.  Congrats on the new job and the losing.  Onederland is a great place to be.   Yes, eating at home is easier.  We know what it in the foods we are eating.  Salads have been on my fav list too.

My energy is a little low at times, bottle some up some of your extra and ship it to MN.  The biotin helps with the hair loss.  I have been taking it for a few months now.
