Good morning my friends..
Nicer warmer weather seems to finally be sticking around a bit. I hope you are all able to enjoy it and maybe get outside and have a bit of summer time fun too! Thats one thing I love about summer is that I work on projects that I can't in the winter, and they are usually great sources of exercise, but we don't even look at it like that. How cool is that!

I am not comfortable with this new drain but my mood is good and I keep looking towards Thursday when hopefully they will remove this drain. There is still fecund material draining but not large amounts.
Trying to stay positive and moving forward.

I take like three bites and I feel like I downed 2 slices of pizza and three pieces of chicken. Is this normal?
I know I get full very quickly but then in two hours I am hungry but when I go eat again its like two bites that's it. It is like it hurts to eat.
Been sticking to mostly water today. Getting tired of pureed chicken. Mashed potatoes are OK but way to much for me.
I can not even eat a spoon full of mashed potatoes and that's like half of a teaspoon . Then later in the evening I will treat myself to a teaspoon of key-lime sugar free yogurt, that's my daily food intake.
I am still drinking my water, apple juice, and yeah tomato juice (flavor) lol. Once in awhile crystal light peach tea.
I also messed up my ticker I did not put down when I added wieght due to my meds so now it shows I have only lost 2 pounds when I have actually lost 8 pounds, But I don't mind I have lost more inchs then I could think.
I had my wow moment the other day. See my legs we call tree trunks or elephant leggs we have no ankles in the family. My feet have always been huge wide swollen. Any ways was in recliner was looking at feet and was like wow they are thin defined have shape and I could see my ankles first time since I was a teenager.
It is very normal to get so full so quickly. Your new pouch is tiny, and requires little to fill it. This is one reason it is so imperative to focus on getting in the proteins right now. Your new pouch at this time can only hold one to one and a half ounces. This isn't much! So get that protein in right now, and take tiny little bites and savor each one. Make it last as long as you can and really enjoy what you do take in.
