I know this isn't bypass related, but wanted to update everyone. So, the awful pain came back Friday, lasted for 3 hours. I called the doctors and they didn't have an answer for me, said that I had to wait til Monday til the doctor comes in a reviews my chart. OH BOY!!! The thought of going the weekend with the pain bothered me, knock on wood the pain calmed down, Its there but not that bad. This morning 9am I got a phone call from the doctors office, they had a few staff members in for fertility weekend. They wanted to see how I was feeling today. I told the girl everything that went on, they think my ovary twisted and that's what is causing the pain. I go in tomorrow for my pre-op appointment with the doctor, and am scheduled for surgery Thursday. I am glad to have the surgery moved up, because I know the pain is going to go away finally! Its not something I could go to the ER for as they would say yup you have the cyst (oma) and you need to follow up with the doctor, the wont do anything about it. Been there done that, the stupid hospital sent me home not know what was going on.

With all that going on, the doctor has put me on lite duty, nothing extreme. Pretty much sit on my butt and do nothing. GREAT, I was gonna kick it in overdrive gear this week and really try to loose a few extra pounds (on top of the ones I am steadily loosing now) in time for our cruise. But now I cant do anything. It looks like 2 weeks (3  while on vacation) of not going to the gym or being able to workout. Bummer ....

Hope everyone has a good week. Best wishes to those having surgery this week.

Ohhh I feel for you. Female pain is some of the worst! I am glad they will get it taken care of for you. You may be suprised, after the initial swelling from the surgery, youmay lose a bit faster, as your body burns lots of calories healing.  Take it easy on yourself so you do not increase your pain or hinder your heling. This too shall pass.

best wishes and a speedy recovery wishes coming your way. Keep us posted!
