Wow.. you are one adventurous lady.. When I was were you are, I was afraid to try anything new.
I just started branching out my food choices and I am almost 2 months out!

Hope you dont' get sick anymore...

i was just following my chart. it says deli meat, fish, ground turkey, chicken...the deli meat turkey was so much easier. when did you have surgery and what are you eating now?

Glad you didn't get too sick from it.   I used to love ham but can't eat it anymore.  Blech!

You were suspose to put it in a blender,  It has to preaed.  You pouch won't take it.    Be very careful with the meats.  puddings, yogurts and cottage cheese with crushed fruit will be best.  I couldn't eat any meat for about 2 mos out.  The salt in alot of the meats does me in.  Take care of yourself.  just eat real soft foods. Hope this helps.

One meal at a time. Some things settle well, others not. You may want to retry this in a few weeks to see if it settles better. Bestest of luck with trying new foods. Hugs

Trying new foods can definately be an adventure after wls! You may find too that things that sit well now won't later and vise versa.. strange thing our little pouches.
Vomitting is definately a nasty and weird experience after wls, especially when there is food in the pouch... bluckyy

Sorry to hear that but glad you now know.  It truly is an adventure trying to figure out what is going to work and what is not.  Flavors of things are so intense, are you finding that out too or is it just me?  I also recently started soft foods and finding that some things that I thought would be ok are not.  I do not want to see another portion of apple sauce for a long time.  The last few days I have been enjoying watermelon. Not too sweet but sweet enough and crisp when it is cold.  Yum.  Take care.

I think everyone is different. I had surgery 2 weeks ago and am on the pureed part.  I have had chicken and hamburger so far so good.  I guess chew chew chew is the key.  I have not eaten much of anything. More yogurt and protein drinks.  Good Luck!!
