Busy busy! Know I have not run out on you all!

Just want to let youall know that I have had an incredibly busy week, and that it does appear that this will carry over into the next 3 o 4 weeks. I will do my absolute best to come here and chak in each morning and evening. And know that i do absolutely care about each of you and all your are experiencing.

I find myself in the middle of many things that are happening in my life, that are intended to move me foreward or improve some aspect of my life, goals in my life, and fulfilling some of my personal wants / needs. So most of this business is for very good purposes.

I have spent the last couple of days working on ammending the soil in what will soon be my garden (If i can keep the gulfers at bay!) They mess with my garden, it'll be war! lol. I am so looking forward to my garden fresh tomaotes, and other fresh produce. Last year I attempted container gardening with my tomato plants with so - so results. this year I am hoping for a muich better outcome.

I am working hard too, at putting more teleclasses into place and working on building my business. This is a time consuming process, but hoping it will result in some awseome outcomes for all involved! I am also working on revamping my "wls success" newsletter, and offering it on a weekly basis, rather than bi-weekly. Then i am adding more information, resources and offerings to my website, as i learn to do so and as time allows. Busy busy!

For me, this is all a part of MY journey. Helping others to succeed in theirs! It helps me stay more accountable, and i find it deeply rewarding on a personal level.

So please.. bear with me in the midst of all of these projects. If anyone needs me, please feel free to send me a message. I check my email several times a day and will reply at my earliest ability to do so.

Wishing you all a wonderful friday and weekend! Remember to stay foucused on the end results you want, and try very hard to make your choices accordingly! It will result in awesome success for you! Put yourself first now and then, and take care to get in all of those most important supplements and liquids!

Hugs and love to all!

Thanks kathy! i sure do intend to do my best in doing this! Yesterday, when working in my soon to be garden, I got a terrible sun burn! I forgot how quickly that can happen the first few times i am exposed to the sun after the long winter. I think my shoulders may be crispy..lol.

Vick.. I do wish you the best of success in getting back to being out and about, interacting with others and finding some peace and joy. It is usually when we tend to isolate, that we most need to do the opposite. I also wish you luck with your replanting.

I am not going to actually plant in my garden until closer to the end of the month. Last night we hit 29 degrees and that woulda been all she wrote. So i am so glad I decided to wait. I have been working the soil, adding compost, and steer manure, etc, to help get it more fertile. Another thing I have to do before planting it is to move all the soil off to the side and lay a small grid wire mesh below it, then put the soil back. We had a problem with gophers when we moved in here. They seem to be gone now after hiring a company to do this task, but the veggies may draw them back. They tunnel up from underneath, so the wire mesh should block them from access to the veggies. It better, or I might just cry! lol.

Vick, on my website I have osted a free "Empowering Your Journey - Success Journal" and also held a free teleclass to help people bst use it to find lifelong success. I have made the recording of this teleclass available free too. You can find both at http://bariatricbuddy.com  click on the events and classes link. And from there you should be taken to these resources. If you have any trouble with getting them, let me know. I'll be happyto help.

Lots of lov and big hugs to you!
