I am home
Hi all,
Just wanted you all to know that I am home. I had my RNY this pas Monday and my dr. was able to do it laproscopcally(spelling) and he also removed my galbladder so I will not have any future trouble with galstones.
The incision sites are still very tender and it is impossible for me to sleep on my side..which sucks for a side sleeper. But all in all I am feeling good.
I will post more as I am able to sit up for longer periods. But wanted to let you know all was well and to thank you all for your thoughts and prayers:)

Davina, welcome to the losing side of surgery. Getting to sleep on your side will happen in a couple of weeks.
Sip, sip, stroll, stroll, rest and repeat. Thanks for taking a moment to update us. Hugs from one loser to another.

I too struggled with the no side sleeping, and once i could do it again, I was soooo happy!
