how much is a scoop?

i have lots of yummy protein samples from a friend but i dont know how much to use...i havent bought any protein yet as i have lots of other things i want to use first. ..what i want to know is , is it a teaspoon, tablespoon...what? thanks!!

A scoop is provided in each tub when you but larger sizes.  If sample packets, use the whole packet.  I have bought a couple different products and a "scoop" was different sized, but provided with the product.  Hope this helps.

i dont want to use the whole packet right now as my protein shakes are only 8oz each. i am not to have more than that in an hour. i just wanted to use different ones but ill just wait till i buy a tub of protein. thanks kathy!
