I am currently doing calcium crystals, but have a hard time getting all my calcium in.

Does anyone do the calcium chews from bariatric eating.com?

If so.. what do they taste like?

I have tried Calcet Creamy Bites and chewable tabs by Building Blocks.  They are both disgustin.  I'm 7 months out and am now taking a capsule that I can swallow which I got from Building Blocks.  Make sure you check with your surgeon before you make any major changes.

I have trouble getting in mine too. I take 3 tablets a day, they are not flavored to be chewable but I chew them. Nasty! When my big bottle runs out, I'm getting something different, but don't know what. I loved the Creamy bites in lemon, tastes like lemon poundcake, but I can't afford them.

I too have a hard time getting my calcium in.  I have the crystals, I think they taste weird.  I HATED the lozenges.  I too would like the chews but they are expensive. I take Citracal +D.  I cut them in half.  I'm 4+ months out.  I think it was 9 weeks before my Dr said I could take the tablets.
Hang in there.

I use bariatric advantage chews.  They are really good.

I take the calcium citrate chews from Soloray, order online due to less$$ than at the local health food store.  Orange flavor, not bad at all.  They look like a glucose tablet that diabetics take for low blood sugar.  6 chewables, 2 three times a day, does it for 1500 mg of calcium citrate.  I still need to take a separate vit D as there is none in these.

I have tried many chewables, these are the most palatable for me.  Best of luck with finding one you can tolerate.  Hugs

I take the calcium from BBvitamins.com they come in a yummy orange flavor and they are like my candy to me. 2 in the AM 2 in the PM. They are very reasonably priced, and if you go to the site, you can request free samples. These are baritric vitamins (calcium0 and come in the chewables I mentioned above, and also a liquid and a capsule form also bariatric specific. For me i don't like the capsules would rather chew than swallow), and have not tried the liquid, but LOVE the chews. I have tried about every brand of bariatric ones out there and these are a keeper.
