I know this sounds strange but I bout some fruits and veggies in the baby isle. I figured it was already prepared and they have resealable lids. Otherwise I have the same things you have and I am on that diet for 3 weeks. If you find anything else let me know for sure. Good Luck.

The liquid and pureed stages of this are the hardest! Once you can get back to "real food' it gets much easier. Cottage cheese smashed with a fork (add a touch of reduced fat milk to thin out)is an option.
You can take foods that are not fiberous and put it in a blende or food processor with some water, milk or broth and make it a puree. Just be careful, because at this point foods need to be introduced slowly. You will find things you cannot tolorate. Try to be sure any foods you puree are easier to digest foods.

I would add plain greek yogurt to use like sour cream, plain looks and tastes a lot like sour cream, has great protein content. Use a dollap or two on top of your refried beans, even puree some salsa if you like a little flavor with your beans. The greek yogurt can alsoe be flavored with some crystal light powder, a bit of sugar free jelly, powder for sugar free jello (sugar free cheesecake powder in greek yogurt competes with cheesecake and us good for you too)
