Hey Anyone that has lost alot of weight and  having problem with hanging lose skin around buttocks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   My butt is staying sore for the last 5 days.  I was wondering if it could be caused from the folds of skin kind of hanging around my butt.  it is beside my anus.  it is like a blister.  It is really sore.   Does anyone have any ideas.  I talked to a durgist at the drug store.  told me to keep dry and put triple antobiotic ointment several times a day.    I have been doing that for a few days.
Could this type of problems the reason for the lowder body lift and tummy tuck

If this area is becoming moist and no air can get to it, it could be from the excess skin. Just not sure. Yep this could be one reason one would get an lbl or a butt lift and tt if the skin folds become moist and raw. When this happens, often they can end up with a yeast infection too.
Could be too a hemorrhoid starting up?
either way sounds like a pain in the butt to me.. lol... sorry...
Hope it is better soon for you.

Annie,
Are you sure it's not a boil (a skin absess that usually starts in a hair follicle or oil gland)? They can be very painful and look and feel kind of like a blister. The pain is releived when the infection is drained out, either naturally when it comes to head, or by a doc, lancing it.

Whatever it is, it doesn't sound fun! Hope you are all better soon.

I'm sorry you are having this trouble right now but I suggest you see your doctor about this and start documenting it.  The insurance company may cover it if the consider it a medical necessity.
