Welcome home, Patrece!!!! I know we have all missed hearing from you, but I just hope that you had a wonderful,happy, peaceful and refreshing time!!  I have not been able to be online for awhile, so I have missed reading everyone's great posts. It really does make such a difference when you don't have your support group here on a daily basis.  I hope that  the new members continue to use BBand I hope to PM them to let them know how great this WLS journey can be for all of us. I have been patiently waiting to be taken off of another medication and I was able to do so this past week. No more blood pressure meds!!I can't even remember how long it's been.                                                                                                                                                                

I hope your dog is doing much better than when you left for your retreat..

Congrats on being able to get off of the BP meds! What a big accomplishment that is! You are gaining health and life every day! Good work! I know you work very hard to reach your goals and do your best with this journey. 

Crystal seems to be doing much better! I am so relieved. Just hope it stays this way this time. She's such a good girl and a momma's girl too. I was very worried, but now feel very hopeful that her illness is resolved.
