My name is Heather and I am a new member. I have, unofficially, met my target weight for surgery. However I still need to go to the doctors office to have my weight recorded, then I can set up a surgery date. Yippee!  I have been so nervous and am ready to go already, so I can stop biting my nails. I look forward to a successful adventure.

Hi, I am new to the group and am in the beginning of my journey. My chosen surgeon is sending me to have suture anchors removed from a gastric plication that I had from a research trial almost 2 years ago...needless to say it was not successful. I am waiting to meet with him to discuss procedures but I think I am heading for RNY.
I am really glad to have found this website on the whole....and even more glad to see that there is a nice mix of people in this group!
