here we go.....
day one of my diet. started with my protein shake...not to bad. got my frozen new thing of water ready for the day...two of these babies and ill have gotten in 64oz of water :) i have a lil bit of a schedule to keep today and this will help i think after surgery to know when its time to get the certain requirements in. i joined a gym and went with a friend this weekend and looking forward to working out our schedule for what we are going to do this week...its almost here and i am so excited!!!! thanks for listening
I'll bet you are VERY excited! So happy for you. I'll never forget how excited I was when i got my date, then especially the few days prior to surgery. I wasn't even able to sleep the whole night, the night before it.
The time will zip right by and you'l be on the losers bench! Good job working on the water and exercise. Hang in there with the preop diet. It is so worth the effort!
Congrats girl!

Lost 114 lbs. working on getting rid of a recent 10 lb regain...and WILL succeed!
i hope it goes well...so far as of right now i dont see a problem as i dont have a problem snacking and i usually forget to eat. i am trying real hard with this. i want it to work as i am scared if i dont lose anything before surgery i wont get to have it at all. the shakes aren't bad for starters i got the atkins advantage i will use up all these ones then move onto something else as i found a cool blender thing for single serve drinks....
You are gonna do great! Just always, even in the challenging times, keep in mind WHY you are doin this, and how awesome things will be when you starting droppng those lbs!

Sunshine, the next couple of weeks will zip on by. Great to incorporate water and exercise into your routine before surgery. Keep busy, the liquids part will be done before you know it. Looking forward to welcoming you to the loser's bench. I am so proud to have this growing group of loser's as friends. Headed out for a dog walk myself in a few minutes.

Good for you Sunshine. You and I have the same surgery date. Someone said to me this weekend "you don't seem nervous at all". I responded that I am not nervous anymore, I just want to have the surgery so I can move forward. Keep up the great attitude and they tell me the more you move before surgery the better off you will be after surgery because your body will already be in the "needing the excercise" mode. Congratulations and good luck!
