Hi everyone.  I'm whiny and depressed today.  I try to keep my posts as positive as I can but things have really gotten under my skin this morning.

2 days ago I was down to 204.  I generally wait until I am stable for a couple of days at a weight before I repost it and change my tracker on my signature info.

Today I am at 206 and can't figure out why.  We brought only sugar free chocolate in for Easter and not much of that.  I had one piece.  I ate a very small dinner the last two days; had protein and stayed away from the carbs pretty much.  I can't figure out how I went from 204.0 to 206.8 over night.  That's just ridiculous.

Ok, I'm done with the whiny part now.  I'ts gonna rain here today so I won't be on my bike and my hubby's truck is in the shop so I won't be going to bingo.  Hopefully I will be able to lose some of this weight doing housecleaning.    Loads of stairs to climb. spring cleaning junk to throw out or add to the stuff to the garage sale.  I've got more clothes to take to the Goodwill.  For today, I will not get any whinier than I already am, I will do some useful things instead of sitting around moping and if I can get half of my list done I will treat myself to something.

Not bad Colleen, you turned you whine into a win.  Gotta laugh at ourselves from time to time.  Go get to the cleaning, come on over, I will share my spring cleaning duties with you.  Heck, you can have them all.  Have the best of days today.  Hugs

Colleen, don't get depressed. Weight fluctuates for mysterious reasons sometimes. Did you eat more salty foods? Salt promotes water retention. It's probably water weight anyhow. I bet next time you weigh yourself it will be gone. Go back to your program as if nothing has happened and you'll see good results soon.

it is not possible to gain 2 lbs overnight in fat... relax! It is likely fluid retention. Keep up the great work. It will pay off. you are due for a drop here soon!
Hugs..

Colleen I have had that same question in just the same day.  I don't know why but one morning I weighed myself and I was 299 (lowest in this diet time) and later that afternoon (after a good pooh and drinking jus****er) I was up to 303.  I did not have any clothing on either time.  The only difference was that I had wet hair in the morning and dry hair in the afternoon.  It just does not make sense.   I blew it off to the scale and the battery.  I think digital scales are affected on how and where you place your feet on them.  Maybe that will help you feel a little better.  Keep up the good work you will do fine.
