I am looking for new recipes to make breakfast and lunch I would appreciate it . I am hispanic and it is hard to find foods that are appealing to me so if you have any suggestions I would mostly be thankful.

Nice to chat with you this evening Lucy.  Before surgery what appealed to you for breakfast and lunch.  Let's see if we can make the dishes more wls friendly.

I am into cooked cereal these days.  Adding powdered milk powder to the water in the prep stage increases the protein content and doesn't get weird when cooked.  Eggs and salsa, I am sure there are other things, just drawing a blank at the moment.  If  I come up with anything, I will come back and share.

Last night for dinner I made an egg di**** consisted of spinach, mushrooms, kale (could use onion instead)  some minced garlic. I mixed all that together with beaten egg and cooked in a skillet with no stick cooking spray. It was delishhhhh... you could season it however you like. Oh yes...topped it with reduiced fat cheese.

sounds like you are doing wonderful.  i posted a message a few minutes ago and it did not take, so if this sounds like a repeat-----it is.

if you do what you are told to do by your nut and doc, you shouldn't be worrying about calories or stalls now. you will do just fine.

good luck to you. vick
