thank you patrece, this felt like an obstacle course with the post office "misplacing" my passport for 3 weeks and then having to find a PCP to do my preop because mine wouldn't...but finally all is done! woohoo!

oh and I am drinking an extra protein shake a day! I am a good girl! well, at least in some things! LOL
