Another wonderful wow moment!!!

Tonight I went to the station to order some new uniform shirts and had an amazing wow moment! When I took the shirts to try on I took an XL and a large, Well the XL was a bit to big and the L was a bit tight ( I like my shirts not so tight) but the Large fit better then the XL so I ordered a large :-) i was so proud of myself I almost came running out of the bathroom screaming and laughing. And I was so proud to be able to say I'd like a large please. Just to go from a 2 XL 11 weeks ago to a XL/L depending on the shirt. it is amazing ... :-)

I cant wait to be under 200 lbs on the scale almost there, I'm sure I will be there soon. I hope. another week or 2. Tonight I was 207 on the scale. I am so glad I made this life change! the answer is YES i would do it all over again.

Well off to bed, back to work tomorrow, hope these 4 days go by fast, ready for some time off.
