Thanks for sharing that quote, Kim.  It not only reminds me to stay in the moment but that instead of beating myself up for my imperfections, I need only to strive to be better.

Thank you Kim.  I am avoiding the phone from work today, taking a trip to window shop and go to a wls support group meeting.  Just got back for 40 minutes of walking outdoors with the critters.  Temp only 24, wind chill much cooler, feels good to be back indoors, my ears got chilled.  Nope, not much of a hat wearer.  We stopped by the local flower shop that my hubby uses, I pointed out some possiblilties. hint, hint, hint, hope he got it.
