Bariatric Buddy
Good day everyone!
Just wanted to take a minute and wish each of you a great day today! Remember to take the time to recognize all you have accomplished, even the smaller things, and give yourself credit for how far you have come. None of us will ever be perfect in this journey, but we have all come so far, and will keep progressing, if we allow ourselves to really notice the positive and wonderful changes we have made thus far, and then continue to build on them. Remember to pat yourself on the back now and then!

Scarey Patrece, you and I are on the same wavelength again. Check the response I just left for Amalia under the wow chat thread. Udoo, udoooo, dododododo. Freeky scarey.

EXPERIENCE WITHOUT REFLECTION IS HOLLOW
We are in the process of getting yucky weather. started out sprinkling, then went to high winds and sleet, now everything is covered in sleet or snow, and roads are nothing but ice. Blahhhhhhh I'm with you on Spring springing!
