kathy, I am trying...I just found a new protein shake with a bit more calories in it...but wow...this maintaining is harder for me than the losing weight part! LOL but seriously...it is hard, I know how to lose weight now, but to try to stay one weight...finding it difficult...you have a great weekend too!
Just wishing you all the best. You will succeed. Hugs

hey lady.. you give new meaning to being "half the woman you were". On the maintaining, when your weight gets down, especially below goal, it is time to up your calories just a bit, and work in a "bit" more FRIENDLY carbs. Friendly carbs meaning not sugars, but fruits veggies whole grains... It is also important for you to take extra protein starting at least 15 days before your plastic surgery. This helps ensure healthy healing and recovery. Also after surgery eat several small meals or get in 2 or 3 extra supplements. Dr. S. says that during the early recovery period our bodies burn about 4000 calories a day just on the healing!
