UFO spotted
Good morning buddy's ! ! !
UFO found in the sky over Virginia. Yes, UFO. Unusual Flying Object, the sun has been spotted after a several day absence.
Good news, got the glitch in my Wii fixed. Something wrong with the power cord, plug in method or whatever. I couldn't get my Wii to turn on. Yes, I did have the cord plugged in. Took the Wii and it's power cord with me for evaluation by my brother the computer guru. He plugged it into his Wii power cord, and wow, the thing powered right up. Then plugged my Wii into power with my power cord, and again it powered up. Maybe I just need to take the Wii brain for a car ride every once in a while. lol. Well, I finally got to try my EA active, and got stuck with the squats. I could not squat deep enough for the trainer to give me credit for one squat. I did move my body for 20 minutes trying to do the exercises. My trainer told me that with added effort I could meet my goals, ya think?? I am not defeated, just challenged to work on the exercises.
What challenges are you going to face this week? New surgery, the plate of carbs in the break room, the sofa begging for couch potato time? Let us each start this new week with new resolve to do our best to follow the rules set out before us. I have faith that YOU will succeed. I will try my best, let's do this together. Hugs

EXPERIENCE WITHOUT REFLECTION IS HOLLOW
OHHH kewl! I am very very happy your Wii is now going to be a source of wheeeeeeee for you! Keep at it.. it will get better and better with each time. You may even find a different routine, that will help prepare you to better do the squatts. That game is definately a challenge, but it is fun, excpet for when the sensor won't work right, then i get annoyed, but it is usually ME not holding things in the right positions...lol. What was your Wii rated age???
My challenges tha I KNOW I am facing this upcoming week are finding the happy medium to how much walking / activity my body can handle without overdoing it. Still lots of muscle tenderness in the abdomen from PS, so I am just going to do my best to listen to my body. My doctor (plastic surgeon) said i am free to begin swimming if I'd like to, as long as i have no open areas in any of my incision lines. I don't see anything open, but still have 3 small scabbed areas, so i think i will wait yet, until those are gone. Should be very soon. They are spots that tend to stretch and pull at the scab, (right at the tip top of the crack of my behind is the worst area for that.. but think it is just about resolved). Now.. beoing released to do this, and actually doing it are very different. So.. this week i am going to work very hard on my mind set. Also, when weather permits I want to get walks in.. I just seem to over do it a bit, then am tender the next day. Gotta find my happy medium!
