Super Saturday

Wow, I am up very, very early.  Thanks night shift schedule!!  I was planning to be up early for a road trip with my dad, I woke up before the alarm went off.  Dad arrived last evening for a visit.  We are going to the cities to join a wls coffee group and then off to see my brother and his family.  Taking the critters along for the trip.  should be a good day.  It is 37 degrees out this morning, looks to be a good day, to early to see if the sun will shine or not.  I write this at 4:40am, lol

I boiled some eggs this morning, leaving most for Dennis.  Back much later today, I will share what we did for the day.  Have the most wonderful saturday yourselves.  Hugs

Have a wonderful day and a great trip with your Dad.  DH (Dear Hubby) and I are going to do some more packing up for storage and cleaning out this morning.  Then we will go North to Sprinfield and do a belated birthday for our new daughter-in-law and then on up to Medina to return a bunch of medical equipment to my sister (that I borrowed for my knee surgeries). We will spend the night, have brunch with them on Sunday and then come back home.  It is a dreary rainy day here.  Hope everyone else is seeing some beautiful sun.

It is so odd reading you post about these different cities. I was born and raised in Ohio and so many sound familiar. Its a funny feeling. I was raised up in the Notheast corner of Ohio. Almost to Lak erie, and almost to PA. Right in the heart of the snow belt, but man oh man, I loved that Lake!

  It is 8:28 am here, and a nice 45 degrees outside, with high expected to be 58 degrees. I hope the sun shines all on your travels Kathy, you and your dad have fun.

I was up getting ready for work this morning. Headed in to do a 12 shift for the 9th day in a row. I had 10 days off to recoop from the surgery, come back to work just to find out my counter-partner took her vac. Therefore I have to cover her shift, as she did mine.  Still recooping.

Synthia, that sounds like a lot of hours of work during your recovery.  Do you mean a 12 hour long shift?  Guessing so.  Do take care of yourself and allow recovery.  Have a great rest of the weekend.

Thanks everyone.  The day was good.  Cloudy and foggy with intermittant drizzle.  But that doesn't really matter, the outcome of any day is based on mental outlook.  And it WAS a Super Saturday.
