WHAT is your biggest challenge today? Lets all help each other!

I think that there are times that all of us may silently struggle with a challenge, and not reach out to tohers for encouragement and support. Maybe we are too modest to reach out, maybe we are embarassed (shouldn't be, I bet you are not the only one with your struggle), maybe we think it is silly, WHATEVER it may be, there is no reason to ever not reach out here. You will be cared about, supported and encouraged. NO BROW BEATINGS HERE! Remember...this group is about having a SAFE place where you are treated with the love and respect you deserve, no matter what you are experiencing.

I want to do my best to support you in your journey... no matter where you may be! I know there are many others that feel the same. Also when we share, we help others, who may also be facing the same, or similar challenges.

This is not an easy journey.. regardless of what some folks may chose to believe. Even the seemingly small stuff can be frustrating or difficult or confusing. REACH OUT PLEASE! Let us all be here for one another! We may not be able to give you a quick fix, but chances are you will find you are not alone in your challenges, and may recieve a lo of excellent advice, support and friendship to help you through.

I TRULY care very much about each and every person here. I know many others do as well. Know we are here for YOU!

Have a wonderful friday, and a great weekend! Do something to enjoy life a bit.
HUGS!
Patrece

I know what you mean about having support.   My challange today is setting up things, trying to get a local support group started in a small town.   Hope I can do this.  I need it and need the support.
Patrece, thanks for you help and support.

My challenge today (and recently) has nothing to do directly with weight(?) but my Mom -  She has lymphoma and needs yet another bld transfusion and iron infusion.  Nerves are shot and of course. Dad is dealing quite well with it, but I know deep down its taking its toll.  Came back with a vengience this time.  Thanks for listening.

My struggle is taking time for myself.  I wrote out of town on my square for work this weekend to let them know to not call me for extra shifts.  I get tired, then do not feel as interested in doing the other healthy things I need to do, protein and exercise.  I do get out and walk and always feel better when I return.  This afternoon, the couch looked so inviting.  I dozed, just got back from a walk with the dogs and my energy level is better.

I am going to visit family in the morning and will join a coffee group near St. Paul for a support meeting.  Yeah wls.  Hugs

Good for you kathy,m in taking the initiative to mark "out of town" on the schedule and secure yourself a couple of days for just you and life outside of work and sleep. I know you are exhausted. I hope you will enjoy your free days. Will you see your Dad? If so give him a hug for me. Have him give you one for me as well. Stay safe. I hope you get stronger and stronger about putting you first.  You know.. you are the most important thing in your life!
