Chat

Does anyone else have a problem getting into the chat? I have the most recent java. It says the chat will open in a new window, but never does. My pop-up blocker of off also. Any suggestions?

I am not sure why some people run into this problem. I think your best bet may be to contact obesityhelp support and tell them what is occurring and hopefully they will be able to assist you with connecting.
another thing you may want to try is to uninstall Java, then reinstall it. maybe it downloaded or installed improperly?
Sometimes too, you may have a pop-up blocker on your browser and your internet security program and it may need to be disabled in both...

I think it is just IE. When I use another such as Advant chat works fine. Thx.

I have this same problem with the chat here in obesityhelp, but I can get onto other chats?? Let me know if you find anything out. Thanks.

Maybe it is a setting on the internet explorer? Man.. so sorry you 2 are having this problem.

I have the exact same problem. Everytime I try to get on, it says a new window will open, but nothing happens. I'll try some of the suggestions and see if it helps. Thanks.
