EXPERIENCE WITHOUT REFLECTION IS HOLLOW
My cpap pressure has decreased a lot since surgery but MD wants me to continue using it for a while longer. Increasing my glucophage dose from 250 mg twice a day to 500 mg twice a day for the next 3 months to see what this does for my HgA1C level. The HgA1C crept up by just a tad in the last 3 months. I still am glad that I had the surgery and am not on insulin at this time. Do something great for yourselves today.

The HgA1c test is a blood test that reflects your average blood glucose levels for the past 2 to 3 month period. It is a good measure of the overall control of your diabetes. It is recommended that you check this every 3 to 6 months to help follow your diabetes management, in addition to daily blood sugar levels. The goal HgA1c is less than 7%. Dr. Martin J. Abrahamson. Medical Director, Joslin Clinic. Diabetes Hga1c test. Boston, MA.
My number went from 6.5 to 7.2, a small increase in my glucophage happened to help bring this number back down. Rechecking the test in 3 months.
