I have begun the process of removing my sutures!

good girl.  I told a friend and colleague of mine about Dr. Saucedo.  I gave her the website and info to research it herself.  She has lost over a hundred pounds and is below a size 4.  She looks amazing but she has a lot of skin.  She runs 5 miles a day at the gym so she's looking good.  She'd like to get the breast augmentation and the tummy tuck.

Feel free to invite her to our group too, and tell her she is welcome to PM me if she has any questions.
Wow.. good for her.. sounds like she has done wonderfully! I think i could get to a size 2 and still wouldn't be into running.. BUT I do power walk! I walk as fast as some jog.. My ankles always twist when i try to run.. happened as a child too and I was thin then.

I am looking forward to healing from this, then beginning some stregnth training. I will definately have to start out very easy, so I don't hurt things but look forward to toning and tightening. Doubt i will do it daily, but hoping for 3 times a week. Not sure when that can begin, but I know it will be a while yet. Heck, just walking, I look like a feeble old lady right now..lol, well compared to my normal walk anyhow.

I agree.  I wouldn't run for nothing.  My knees, for one, wouldn't like it.  I used to have to run when I was young in the Sheriff's Dept and I hated it.  Turned me off on running for life.  I'm happy with walking or biking.  However, my knees didn't like the biking either.

I am so silly. I watched others working out on the machines last night but don't have the nerve to ask how you use them.  Feel silly.  I figure if I watch long enough I might be able to figure them out.

Slept much better last night - must of been the exercise at the gym. Walked 1.8 miles for about 50 minutes.  Didn't pull anything this time so that was good.  I'm taking it slow and easy.  Just walked at lunch time.  Bad thing is it makes you sweaty.  Oh well my patients will have to deal with it. LOL

Hope you're better today.

I bet as a part of your gym membership they offer an orientation for free on how to use the different machines... ask about it, it is a good thing to get, so you use the equipment right and do not injure yourself somehow.  I believe all gyms offer this with membership. May as well get all you can out of it...right?

Your patients will be fine! I am sure you don't go in there dripping on them and I am sure you use deodorant, so they'll be ok..lol.

Feeling quite a bit better today. I am going to go try to do something with my bad self and get out for a walk here in a bit. Tired of being couped up indoors and it is nice out ... at least for the time being.

Exercise will definately help with sleep, but also helps with energy during the day. Glad you slept better!

I'll ask today.  I'm going back tonight.  I walked at work during lunch yesterday and it did give me some energy for the afternoon.  Down side was that when after dinner I was exhausted and had to force myself to stay up until 8:30 p.m.  Sad state of affairs.  Didn't sleep as good last night but got some sleep - I think it was pain in my back that kept waking me up.

Glad you're feeling better.  Hope your walk doesn't wear you out too much.

take care.

Adding my telepathy to Vick's. I was wondering how you were planning to get the posterior ones too. Now I know, no, yes know (lol). Take care my friend. Wishing I were there too. Beam me up Scotty. Wish travel were a simple as star trek. Hugs my friend.

Patrece,

I wondered about your follow up care with having the surgery out of the country.  Wouldn't your regular doctor take them out?  I was getting itchy just imagining all the sutures being snipped and pulled.
