cindy is new to us and she was in the chat room tonight i forgot it was monday  but she did not get a chance to say that she is 5 days out from vsg and home . she is sore and tired
she wnates everyone to know that she has lost 9 pounds so far

Awwwwww Cindy... sometimes chat rolls by so quickly, you just have to post your thoughts and not wait.
I am so happy for you having your surgery. I hope all is going along well. Rest, walk, sip, protein, than start all over again. Soon you will be feeling great and your weight loss will be even more awesome than it has been already in this very short time! great job!
