If you record something in your food tracker, but it doesn't stay down, do you remove it from the tracker??

That was NOT fun...

I usually leave it on the food tracker, whether I got sick on it or just plain couldn't fini**** because I was full.

Sorry your food didn't silt well.

What food tracker do you use?  How does it work?  I've been logging my food on paper but if there is something online I could use, I might try it.  Thanks

Lourdes

Hi Lourdes!  I have actually been using the food tracker here at the OH site.  It takes some getting used to (they all do), and when you first start out you may find that some of the foods you eat regularly need to have their nutrition data entered.  Again, a common factor when you begin tracking at any site.  I can see my daily intake on fat, calories, protein, carbs, as well as many vitamins and minerals.  And yes, I do enter my vitamins and other supplements in my tracker too.

Click on "my oh" in the blue banner at the top, then click on "Health Tracker" in the list on the lift, then click on the "Nutrition" tab.  It's easy, and it's a fantastic tool.  If you have any questions or problems, just ask and I (or most anyone here) will be glad to help.  It's a great way for me to stay honest with myself!
