No More Excuses!
I rejoined the gym today, and did a pretty decent work out, considering that today marks the 2-week anniversary of surgery #2. But the doc cleared me yesterday, so I went today and joined the gym. I took it easy on the treadmill; low speed, moderate incline which kept my heart rate in the 120s or so. Did some free weights on the arms, shoulders, and chest too. Not too bad for the 1st day back in a very long time!
I did feel the plantar fasciatis wanting to kick in, but so far so good. I have ice packs ready though in case the feet flare up later.
Hope you're all having a great Thursday!
